Happy #MarketMonday!

How's the market? Let's talk about it! ❄️

The less-competitive winter market is still amongst us. Inventory is lower than we've seen in previous months and today's qualified buyers are anxiously awaiting more inventory to hit the market. Homes that are priced fairly that are in good conditional are in high demand and there is a great opportunity to get you top dollar for your home despite us being in a winter market!

Home values are holding strong which means today's homeowners, even more recent homeowners, likely have equity in their homes. With home values averaging around $227 per square foot depending on upgrades and condition. If you have been thinking of selling this spring, it may be a good idea to consider listing early to get your home marketed before the more-competitive spring market hits.
